Take care of yourself!
No matter what you do, who you are and why you are there, we all have an obligation to take care of ourselves. Not for our partner (or prospective partner) not for work or family, but for ourselves.
I definitely feel better if I’ve put a little effort into myself.
For some, this may mean wearing make-up, or nice clothes, for others it could be going to the gym or eating healthily. Whatever this means to you, everything leads to one thing; to do the best with what we’ve got is what we should aim for.
I am a five foot tall (153cm), hazel-eyed brunette. There is no use in me trying to be a tall, blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl. I want to be the best petite hazel-eyed girl with brown hair that I can be!
Who do you want to be?
What do you do everyday to take care of yourself?
Why is it so easy to focus on what we can’t do, instead of focusing on what we can.
I’ve recently realized that in things that I have confidence in, there is no question, worry or doubt. But the things I don’t have confidence in tend to stop me from taking action.
Recently I’ve been taking action in areas that I used to hold back a lot, and finding that even if there isn’t success, there is reward!
I love red, it’s a great color, but I used to never have the confidence to wear anything but black. Now I’m good with wearing any color of the rainbow! (except yellow or orange, I just don’t like to wear those).
What are you holding back from?
How to be gifted;
Very few people on this world are born with a talent that will exceed everybody else. But everyone has the ability to become amazingly gifted in something.
Here are some tips;
1. Find your passion
What do you love, could you spend all day doing it?
I love so many things. How could I possibly narrow that down?
2. Bring your passion into your current skill set.
What are you naturally gifted at?
– write it down.
I can write well (I hope you agree if you’re reading this) and teach well.
What could you be paid for?
Well, I’m already paid for teaching… Yay!
But not yet for writing.
Where those three areas overlap is where we find how to achieve our vision for the future.
But here’s the catch:
We can make our plans we can’t determine our path in life.
Plans change. We need to make sure that we are listening to the right people and choosing to listen to the right advice.
Still, we can’t plan every step of our future.
What is your passion and vision?
I am so excited
I just handed over the video team to a great leader and already there has been amazing result. We got new equipment and are starting something new from February 5th 2012.
Yes that’s right, there will be a live service available to watch online and a great opportunity for people to experience more of what we have to offer.
And I feel nothing but excitement for the video team.
I’m no longer the leader but I know that it is the team and their vision that is important.
Catch us live! Sunday 5th February 2012 at 1pm Japanese time for the first time!
Also we will be in Roppongi from now on and look forward to some amazing cake, celebration and love!
Where will you be watching from?

It is so easy to start off thinking “I have to…”
But this “have to” could be something that you actually love doing!
Why to we always turn everything into a chore?
The other day I started thinking, “I still have to Journal today…” but as much as I love journaling, that thought turns it into something it shouldn’t be.
So I’m on a mission.
I’m going to change all my “have to” thoughts into “want to”
As soon as I changed the words in my head to “I want to journal today”, inspiration, passion and drive all came back to me.
What are you thinking about the things you love?
